We founded Micro Consulting in Bengaluru in 2020 to give mid-sized companies the kind of SAP and engineering talent usually reserved for large enterprise programmes.
Our story
Micro Consulting was incorporated in Bengaluru in June 2020. It grew out of years spent inside SAP projects at manufacturers and supply chain businesses. We saw the same pattern again and again: the ERP was sound, but the software around it (portals, integrations, reports, mobile tools) was an afterthought handled by a different vendor, and the gaps between them caused most of the pain.
So we built a team that covers both. Our SAP consultants understand the business processes and the configuration. Our full stack engineers build the modern applications that plug into SAP cleanly. Because it's one team, integration is designed in from day one rather than fixed at the end.
We stay deliberately small. Every client works directly with senior people, and we only take on work we're confident we can deliver well.
